  I worked for ADDWC for a little over 4 years. The only reason I left was, due to personal life changes, I found myself moving to Chicago, and thought that may be a bit of a ridiculous commute. But if I had a jet, I'd do it.
  I always said ADDWC spoiled me, and that I'd be hard-pressed to find another place to work for that was so efficiently, and carefully ran. The administration is beyond lovely. They each care deeply for what they do, and for their staff. While I was there, they were met with a lot of challenges over a short amount of time, and I was so very impressed with the response. It was professional and fair, which is hard to do when you have to separate business from personal preference. That is to say, it's hard to work with friends, but I respect a friend who knows when they need to be a boss in the best interest of the people they serve.
  I really miss this place. I miss the people. I REALLY miss the individuals we served. Every day I just hope I find someplace to work that is even remotely as amazing as ADDWC.
