  Waited past the drive thru for 11minutes. They gave the car before us and our food at the same time.
  We ordered 2 burritos bowls and a hot ham and cheese sandwich. The bag had no napkins or forks to eat. I yelled at the lady to come back. Very certain she heard me and I yelled again and again. She ignored me and continued walking in. My husband sent me in for forks and napkins. I had to wait in another line to get them.
  When I got back to car ate my bowl. Both bowls had HARD HARD rice. My husband want even able to eat his.
  Very dissatisfied. Luckily we don’t live in this town and we were only passing thru.
